Hi, I’m Leighton.

My journey into fatherhood began at 16 years old. Like many dads, I immediately went into hustle and grind mode in order to provide and give my child something more than I had as a kid. I continued the hustle and grind for 13 years, working 70+ hour weeks as a diesel mechanic and in the military. I had a workhorse mentality; I took pride in working hard and being a provider for my family.

You can probably guess what happened next. Things began breaking down- my body, my relationships, my mental health. I had chosen a career that felt like a sure way to provide, rather than following my passion. I had it all: the house, the car, the big backyard, the “American Dream”- and I was miserable.

I realized that my identity and purpose as a father and husband had been tied up in making a living, but all my family really wanted from me was my presence. I found men’s work and began to work through past traumas, limiting beliefs, and discover what it truly meant to be an embodied man and partner. I rediscovered my inner child and began prioritizing play with my kids. I grew into my integrity and became a rock solid foundation for my wife and family.

Eventually I decided to leave my career and the “American Dream” all together to travel the world with my family and follow my true passions. Now I help men step into their role as a father/partner with confidence and live a joyful and playful life of meaning.
